Susie Toebben

Susie was born and raised in Lincoln County. She graduated from TBHS and went on to earn her
bachelor’s degree in Finance from Lindenwood University. She is also a graduate from the
Barret School of Banking in Memphis, TN and has over 25 years of experience as a banker
working for a local community bank.

In her free time, Susie loves spending time with her husband and 2 sons. She loves traveling,
decorating/organizing, hunting and all things sports - especially the ones her 2 sons play in! As
a little girl, Susie always had a passion for real estate. She loved spending summers sitting
outside drawing houses and floor plans, looking through home and design magazines, and she
was always re-arranging furniture and redecorating her own bedroom. These longtime
interests motivated her to also become a trained professional earning Certifications as a
Professional Organizer and an Interior Decorator.

Susie knows first-hand, with her banking background, how to walk you thru the steps in your
real estate buying or selling experience - from finance and lenders to the title companies and
appraisers. She loves using her eye for detail to help you visualize the possibilities of how to
make a home your dream home. She is excited to use her expertise to help make your real
